MAKING AN APPOINTMENT

The practice is open on Mondays to Fridays from 9am to 5.00pm.

For visa medical appointments, please call during our normal opening hours on Tel: 020 7589 8965.

Appointments are available at the Knightsbridge branch only.

All medicals are now processed electronically on eMedical.  All applicants must have a HAP ID number at the time of booking in order to locate the case on eMedical.

Further information on the health requirements and how to download your eMedical Referral Letter may be found on the Australian Immigration website using the links below.

Please also have the following information ready when you call us:

  • A HAP ID number for EACH applicant

  • Your preferred appointment dates and branch

  • Your credit card details

Your credit card details are required at the time of booking, because we operate a cancellation policy, whereby we reserve the right to charge £50 per person if you cancel within 3 working days of your scheduled visa medical appointment

Ladies are advised not to book their appointment during their menstrual period because this may affect the required urine test.
