Please have the following information ready when you call us:
- Your preferred appointment dates
- The names of all applicants requiring a medical
- The ages of any children
- Your credit card details
Ladies are advised not to book their appointment within 3 days of a menstrual period because this may affect the urine test.
Your credit card details are required at the time of booking, as we operate a cancellation policy, whereby we reserve the right to charge £50 per person if you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. |
