Please have the following information ready when you call us:
- Appointment dates you prefer (this should be at least 4 days before your interview date)
- Full name and date of birth of all applicants requiring a medical exam
- Case (LND) number
- Interview date (if already scheduled)
- Credit card details (to secure your reservation only- you will be charged £80 if you cancel your appointment within 3 days of your appointment date)
- Contact phone number or email
Please note that we will inform you when you make your appointment whether your medical examination will be at our Knightsbridge office or Bentinck Street (West End) branch. |
